·      Entries are valid only when submitted via the official Mefie platform.

·      Early Bird and Standard pricing tiers apply as advertised.

·      All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.

^{3. Prize Details}

·      The prize is a full package holiday to Ghana for 1 winner plus 1 guest, as described in promotional materials (including flights, accommodation, transport, selected meals, and excursions).

·      Travel must be completed on the dates specified by Mefie. No cash alternative or substitutions will be offered.

^{4. Travel Requirements}

·      Winners and their guest are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of travel.

·      Any required visas, vaccinations, health insurance, or additional travel documentation are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest.

·      Failure to obtain the necessary travel documents may result in forfeiture of the prize.

·      Any relevant taxes, surcharges, or fees relating to travel, visas, or local expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guest.

·      Any income, prize, or withholding taxes that may apply to raffle winnings in the winner’s country of residence are the sole responsibility of the winner.

·      Spending money, optional excursions, insurance, and personal costs are not included in the prize package.

·      The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and announced live on Mefie’s official platforms.

·      The winner will be contacted directly and must respond within 7 days to confirm acceptance.

·      If the winner does not respond in time, Mefie reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

·      Mefie reserves the right to cancel, amend, or postpone the raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

·      By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

·      If the winner or guest is unable to travel for personal, legal, or medical reasons, the prize will be forfeited.

·      Mefie accepts no liability for cancellations, delays, or issues caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, immigration authorities, etc.).
