TERMS & CONDITIONS

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Entries are open to anyone aged 18 and over.

We cannot accept entries from the following countries: Bahamas, Botswana, Cambodia, Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK), Ethiopia, Ghana, Iran, Pakistan, Panama, Sri Lanka, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Yemen.

This prize draw starts on 24th January 2024 and ends on 31st July 2024.
Multiple entries per person are allowed.
The prize is a holiday to Ghana, up to the value of £10,000.
The funds for the prize will not be transferred directly to the winner but will be used towards;
Flights,
Accommodation,
Destination transfers and private drivers,
At least 1 prime event,
At least 1 tour,
And daily food allowance (spending money not included).

Travel dates, duration, and number of guests will influence prize fund distribution and holiday experiences.

The minimum duration of the holiday is 7 days, and the maximum is 10 days.

There are no restrictions on travel dates, but dates are subject to availability and flights exclude First and Business class.

Accommodation sourced by Me Fie will be of a high standard and subject to availability. The winner must ensure passports are valid for at least six months after the date of planned departure and have relevant visa(s) required for travel (these costs are the sole responsibility of the winner).

The winner must have valid travel and medical insurance and all required travel vaccinations prior to travel (these costs are the sole responsibility of the winner). The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash. If the trip cannot take place due to special circumstances, the winner is not entitled to payment or replacement, however, Me Fie reserves the right to postpone the holiday to a future date at our discretion.

Me Fie reserves the right to extend or curtail closing dates if necessary, and to modify or discontinue temporarily or permanently the competition due to reasons outside of its control. If the target of the minimum paid tickets is not reached at the closing date, the competition will close, and the proceeds will be deemed insufficient to award the holiday as a prize. At Me Fie’s discretion, the remaining funds will be allocated as a travel voucher towards flights to Ghana to a winner after the deduction of any expenses and marketing fees.

It is a condition of entry that Me Fie has the right to publish and/or broadcast the first name, town of residence, likeness, and voices of winners and their guests. The winner and guest(s) agree to participate in photo, recording, video, and/or filming session(s) and agree that Me Fie shall have the right to use the resulting materials for publicity or promotions in any manner we see fit.

The winner will be chosen randomly on a Live draw broadcast on 1st August 2024.
The winner will be notified via telephone and/or email soon after the live draw has taken place.
The winner must provide their travel dates within 4 weeks from the date notified.
The winner’s holiday must take place before 1st August 2025 (1 year from the date notified).

The Competition will be governed by English Law.

Ticket purchase confirmation will be emailed to Entrants. Ticket numbers will be randomly generated and will be alpha-numeric. Anyone not receiving their ticket within 24 hours of purchase (or 7 days in the case of postal entries) should first check their Spam/Junk folders. If the ticket has still not arrived, they can email support@me-fie.com to request a duplicate email

THE DRAW

The winner will be drawn at random. The draw will be aired live on Instagram on the 1st August 2024 at 5pm, a video of the draw will be posted on our social media accounts. The winner will be contacted on the day of the draw and, once they have been notified, their name and county of residence will be displayed on the website and social media page.
