Mefie Party in the Park £100 Raffle – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• Entry is free and open to individuals aged 18 and over.

• You must have attended Party in the Park 2025 to be eligible.

• Entrants must sign up on the Mefie platform and complete the free raffle entry form.

• You will be required to upload proof of attendance, which may include:

• A photo or video of yourself at the event or : 

• A photo taken with a member of the Mefie team

2. How to Enter

• Sign up or log into your Mefie account and complete the raffle entry form, confirming acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• Only one entry per person is allowed.

• Multiple entries or incomplete forms will be disqualified.

3. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive £100 cash, sent via bank transfer only.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or substituted.

4. Draw & Winner Notification

• The raffle closes on 13th July 2025 

• The winner will be selected at random and announced on Mefie’s Instagram and via email on 13th July 2025.

• The winner will also be contacted directly and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize.

5. Proof of Attendance

• To receive the prize, the winner must provide valid proof of attendance at Party in the Park 2025.

• If proof is not provided or is deemed invalid, the prize will be forfeited and another winner selected.

6. Use of Data

• Personal information submitted will only be used to administer the raffle and contact the winner.

• By entering, you agree to receive occasional updates and promotions from Mefie (you can unsubscribe at any time).

• Your information will not be shared with third parties.

7. Disqualification

• Mefie reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of breaching these Terms, submitting false information, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

8. General

• This raffle is organised by Mefie and is not affiliated with Party in the Park, Instagram, or any third party.

• Mefie reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

• By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
