Mefie Rewards: Kwabena Kwabena Aso 20 Years celebration Live in London Raffle – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Mefie Ltd, a UK registered company (Company No. 14684934). 

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to individuals aged 18 and over. One entry per person. You must be a registered Mefie Rewards member to qualify. Employees of Mefie Ltd or anyone connected with the raffle may not enter.

3. Entry Period

The raffle opens on 5th September 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM on 27th September 2025 (BST). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

Entry is free via the Mefie platform. Visit www.me-fie.com, log into your Mefie Rewards account, and follow the instructions to enter the raffle.

5. Prizes

Two winners win (2) regular tickets each to Kwabena Kwabena Aso 20 years celebration Live in London 

1st prize - 2 Front row tickets 

2nd prize - 2 Regular tickets

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

Winners will be selected at random and announced via a live draw. All winners will be contacted via email or phone within 24 hours.

7. Claiming the Prize

Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize within 48 hours. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Proof of Eligibility

Mefie reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and eligibility before awarding any prize.

9. Use of Tickets

Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Resale or transfer may result in disqualification.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Mefie is not responsible for any cancellations, postponements, changes to the event, or issues related to ticket use. Mefie does not guarantee the quality, content, or experience of the Kwabena Kwabena Aso 20 years celebration event.

11. Publicity

By entering, participants consent to Mefie using their name and/or image for publicity related to the raffle (e.g., winner announcement), unless otherwise requested.

12. Data Protection

All personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and used solely for raffle administration and communication.

13.Attendance Requirement

If a winner is unable to attend the event, the prize will automatically be reassigned to another participant.

14. Right to Cancel or Amend

Mefie reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw the raffle at any time without prior notice.
